Today I have handed in my last essay, returned my library books and finally finished a stressful first year, in which has been really good to be honest, even though I don't want to admit that at all! haha~
Yesterday we got our summer project, which is very easy, and seeming as we have 5 months to pretty much get it done....
I think I'll be good to have a little bit of rest and (hoping to) catch up with some neglected friends I've not been hanging out with as much 'cause of these stressful projects and friends I've not seen for ages, again cause of the projects! hehehehe
(Even though to be honest, I'll be starting the work tomorrow...*cough*'cause I'm such a 'great' student*cough* xD~
So as well as getting all the things I want to get done for my own 'projects' as said in my other journal *pokes other journal*->[link] , I will be trying to get work experience from small fashion companies, taking a tons of photos for a 'visual diary' self assessing and improving my work and finally trying on a ton of different clothing (mainly jackets 'cause thats easiest) from high-class, mid class and lower-class brands to compare and make a report about them,
(hmm did I ever mention here I do fashion & textiles course which is why I'd be doing that??
As well as getting commissions done, and taking on more requests hopefully!
Oh and something else that may come of interest, and I've been really deciding whether I should even mention it here 'cause it not really arty..sort of...is
I will be going to Disney Paris and Japan
and not being on holiday since I was like 11
Hmm, seems like I'll have a very full summer holiday for once instead of being a lazybum and doing absolutely nothing
Anyway, to anyone else that will be finishing their studies soon, I hope you all have a great one,
and do you have any 'goals' for the summer, or are you just looking forward to having relaxation time??
